Gaspar's Revenge IPA

Born of the Gulf Coast, this beer carries the spirit of sun and salt. A pilsner malt base with a touch of red wheat gives clean strength beneath bright waves of Citra, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops. Their citrus bite and resinous depth mix with Orange Euphorics to summon Florida’s heart—fresh, bold, alive with orange and light.

A Gulf Coast IPA through and through. Honest. Refreshing. The taste of Florida’s revenge, served cold.

Black Flag Golden Ale

The sun cuts the sea, and the glass catches the light. Black Flag Golden Ale stands clean and strong, a Kölsch-style brew built on German pilsner malt and wheat that lend it a pale body, smooth as sand where the tide goes out. The noble hops rise quietly through it, giving spice and earth, the way wind carries salt and smoke. It drinks crisp, honest, and steady. A beer for men who finish their stories with a nod, not a word.

Raise the Red Ale

The red flag flies, and mercy is left behind. Raise the Red Ale is an Irish Red built from pale and dark crystal malts with a hard edge of roasted barley. It tastes of toffee and toasted bread, with the quiet bitterness of roasted coffee beneath. The scent is warm and rough, like smoke after battle. It drinks smooth but stands its ground. A beer for the brave and those who give no quarter.

Sangree Smoothie Sour

When provisions were scarce pirates were known to experiment with the various ingredients they could acquire, sometimes adding fruit, spices or other ingredients in their drinks. These drinks were the precursor to modern day Sangria, known to Pirates as Sangree. GCBC’s Sangree Sour honors that adventurous spirit.
